All of the cattle sold at Cimarron River Farms were born and raised on the farm. We chose to raise the Angus breed due to their traits of calving ease, docile nature, marbling, and growth. Angus cattle are known for genes that make meat well marbled, more tender and flavorful. Good marbling means fat is dispersed thinly and evenly throughout the meat, ensuring consistent texture, juiciness and flavor.
